A Unique Culinary Affair

Part of the love affair we have with travel is the discovery of the unknown. The new. We hunger after that first taste, touch and glimpse. Like witnessing the Victoria Falls for the first time, or savouring a dish so intriguing in its novelty that dining takes on a life of its own. We aspire to serve dishes that you won’t find anywhere else, dishes with a distinctly Zambian flavour – from our poached seasonal cumquats and watermelon feta salad, to berry-smoked quail. Savour the region through dishes created by our chefs, who not only use ingredients from the land around us, but who hail from the region themselves.
