From the Wilson Airport in Nairobi, catch a scenic hour-long flight and 4X4 transfer to Great Plains Conservation’s Ol Donyo Lodge found in Chyulu Hills National Park. This wildlife sanctuary is flanked by Amboseli and Tsavo West national parks in southeast Kenya, and will be your home for the next few nights. In the background, Mount Kilimanjaro peers over vast open plains while you have a front-row seat to the surrounding 275,000 acres of pristine wilderness.

Another small air-craft transfer will see you arrive at Mara Plains Camp (another exquisite Relais & Châteaux member) in the Olare Orok Conservancy, part of the famed Maasai Mara. This untamed wilderness is the stage on which the Great Migration plays out, an event that is shared by you and only a select few other vehicles. Guests can also experience this area on foot, giving a rare opportunity to encounter the area's wildlife up close.
